Faset cru is located behind Barbaresco, a vast amphitheater that overlooks the Tanaro River. The soil of our vineyard is characterized by a great presence of sand compared to the surrounding marls. Together with the climate mitigated by the river, it yields a complex wine with refined and enticing aromas.

Serragrilli

The Serragrilli cru features two slopes that lie behind Neive, towards Castagnole Lanze. Our small vineyard has congruent sides and faces south, rising on clayey-loamy and compact soil. It yields a Barbaresco wine with a lively and deep tannin.

Starderi

BARBARESCO DOCG

The Starderi cru rises on the side of the ridge where the homonymous hamlet is located: our vineyard faces southwest and stretches from the votive chapel dedicated to St. Anthony. Barbaresco Starderi comes from a clayey-loamy marl that endows the wine with structure, breadth and a compact and silky tannin.

Romeo is a blend of the four most important Piedmont vines, grown on the clayey-loamy soils of Mura Mura in Costigliole d’Asti. The main grape variety used enhances its fruity complexity, supported by noble aromas of spices and very fine tannins.

Mercuzio

PIEMONTE DOC ROSSO

Mercuzio, just like Romeo, is the harmony of the four main Piedmont varieties, grown partly in Costigliole d'Asti and partly in Neive. Compared to Romeo, the main grape used has inverted results in Mercuzio: the final wine enhances aromatic complexity, making it capable of measuring with great Nebbiolo-based wines produced in Langa.

Ofelia

PIEMONTE DOC MOSCATO PASSITO

Ofelia is the exciting result of the two most refined winemaking techniques utilized for the production of sweet wines. The concentrate of Moscato grape is obtained thanks to the presence of a noble rot, Botrytis Cinerea, and by freezing the bunches, resulting in a sweet, full wine that is never excessively sugary.
